Indigenous mentoring provides your Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff with the culturally appropriate support they need to survive and thrive in the workplace.
Mentoring may be delivered one-on-one or to a group as a yarning circle. It can also be accompanied by coaching and training for managers.
Sessions are confidential unless the mentee requests our advocacy or attendance at any important work meetings (eg performance reviews). We can, however, present general themes to HR and/or management to provide insight into the broad thinking and challenges faced by groups of mentees.
