Training

Our training can be delivered as individual sessions, part of a regular program of professional development, or as a precursor to the finalisation of a restructure or outplacement.

Training can be hour-long, two-hour, half-day or full-day workshops.  We can cover:

  • Practical aspects of career transition such as preparing CVs, writing applications, interviewing and networking.
  • Managing specific career change eg retirement.
  • Proactive career management ie “futureproofing”.
  • Conflict management.
  • Managing Indigenous staff, understanding cultural load etc.
  • HR and compliance training eg sexual harassment.
